Again this year, wonderful members of the community supported the annual Andover Service Club (ASC) Thanksgiving Pie Sale, which was held at the Circle K Deli in Potter Place on November 20 and 21. About 85 pumpkin, apple, pecan, mince, blueberry, raspberry, and cherry pies were baked by the ladies of ASC and sold for $9 each.

Those who did not need a pie gave donations, as all income from the pie sale supports the ASC Merit Scholarship Fund. I am happy to report $1110 was received. The ASC ladies and I thank everyone who participated by baking, selling, and purchasing pies. Also a big thank you to Nekeba Brisk, manager of the Circle K, for allowing the ASC to sell our pies in her store, making this another successful fundraiser.
