Michaela Trefethen married 1st Lieutenant Thomas Hoover on August, surrounded by friends and family in Wilmington, North Carolina. Michaela grew up in Andover and is a graduate of Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina. She is a sign language teacher. Thomas is from Independence, Oregon. He is a graduate of Oregon State University and is a Marine Corps officer. The couple resides in Holly Ridge, North Carolina and plans to celebrate in New Hampshire with friends and family in the spring.
