On Tuesday May 16, Proctor Academy hosted its second innovation night of the year, celebrating student ingenuity and innovation on campus. Members of Proctor’s Engineering, AP Environmental Science, Physics, and Globalization courses presented their most recent projects to the school community in an open house forum.

Student projects ranged from the creation of solar ovens to robotics to the development of detailed business plans that students hope to implement on campus next year. Proctor understands it graduates incredibly creative, independent thinkers who are drawn to careers in entrepreneurship and innovation, and the semi-annual Innovation Nights are a tremendous outlet to network work alumni, refine public speaking skills, and creatively apply knowledge from their classes.
