CFA Offers Sneak Peak of Northern Stage’s 2017-18 Season

Friday from 5:30 to 7 PM

Press Release

Come and enjoy the Center for The Arts’ First Friday on October 6th, 5:30-7pm at Whipple Hall, 429 Main Street in New London. Northern Stage actors will perform snippets of the upcoming productions – including A Doll’s House, a stunning play about New England’s favorite poet Robert Frost, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, a world premiere production about John Lennon and Paul McCartney, a Pulitzer-Prize winning drama about the prejudices Muslim Americans face in our country today, and Noises Off – possibly the funniest comedy ever written!

Irene Green of Northern Stage states “It’s a season of opening doors says, of the heart, mind and spirit, and we hope you’ll be as excited as we are to share what’s in store.” A reception will follow the performance. All First Friday events are free and open to the public.

The Center for The Arts is a volunteer organization that hosts a series of free arts programs on the first Friday of each month in the Lake Sunapee Region. Working with business partners in the community, CFA strives to showcase local and regional talent for the benefit of the artists, performers, residents, and visitors to this beautiful region.
