Yes, if you didn’t realize it, New Hampshire has a state dog. It’s the chinook. Thanks to a grant from the NH Humanities Council, Bob Cottrell will present On the Trail of New Hampshire’s State Dog at 2 PM on Saturday, January 20. Bob is a historian and museum consultant as well as a speaker with the New Hampshire Humanities Council. He will talk about these beautiful and hardworking animals at the Red Barn, 64 Village Road. Feel free to come early to learn about the WCA’s plans for 2018 and enjoy the refreshments. Both the meeting and presentation are free and open to all.
