Action Figure Photography at Wilmot Library

Press Release

An example of the work of Jared Beerman that will be displayed during the month of November at Wilmot Public Library.

Featured in the Wilmot Public Library’s Moving Wall Museum during the month of November is Jared Beerman’s action figure photography.

Jared, has been an amateur photographer since September 2015 when he took a trip to Assateague National Seashore and became hooked on photography while viewing amazing sunsets and tracking wild horses.

A nature lover at heart, he originally focused on landscape and wildlife photography, but, in August 2016, he expanded into action figure photography.  Jared enjoys recreating scenes from popular movies, and, using his own imagination, he creates unique photos using numerous props created on a 1:12 scale.

Every trip or hike he takes always includes a few action figures in his gear bag. If you would like to see some of Jared’s work, please visit his website at www.beermanphotography.com.

For more information contact the Wilmot Library at 526-6804 or go to www.wilmotlibrary.org. Jared will be presenting a program on his work November 8 at 7 PM.
