FRIENDS:

On the first Friday of February (Feb 1), The Center for the Arts is hosting four simultaneous art openings in New London. They are at the Bar Harbor Bank (catty corner from the Library), the New London Inn, The Blue Loon Bakery and Whipple Hall.
I really hope you can make this one. There will be some exceptional art on display – all types: painting, sculpture, photography and Proctor student art.
My artist friend, Loren Howard, and I will be at Bar Harbor Bank. Loren’s whimsical sculptures and wall hangings will be wonderful foil to my abstract political art, (a positive take on why America is America.)
Some of you may have seen my poem in last week’s Intertown Record – this is my theme.
So please come and join the constructive and hope-filled discussion about who we are and how we keep all that is valuable in our country.
There will be hot and cold eats, wine and soft drinks.
