Michele D. Kettwig, 60, of Franklin died on March 27, 2013 at the New London Hospital. She was born in Titusville, Pennsylvania on May 10, 1952 and received her Nursing Degree from Youville Hospital.

Michele had previously worked for many years at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon and later for Jarit Instruments. Most recently she had been employed by Case Medical as a Nurse Consultant.

Michele had also helped her husband in the operation of the Andover Arms Guest House in Andover.

She enjoyed all day shopping sprees with her family and friends, going to yard sales, and vacationing in Aruba. Michele was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Lois (Linde) Ward and her sister and brother-in-law, Lynn and David Arnold.

Members of her family surviving include her husband of 35 years, Ricky Kettwig of Franklin; a daughter, Heather Kettwig; a brother, Mark Durette; and a grandson, Ethan Meyerhoefer, all of Andover; and several nieces and nephews.

There are no calling hours, and private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
