Friends Program Bone Builders Exercise Classes
Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:00-11:00am
This senior exercise program helps strengthen bone, build muscle and improve balance. You can exercise while seated or standing using small hand weights. Classes are held in the Newbury Heights Community Room, 52 Newbury Heights Road, Newbury.

Meditation Class
Saturday, March 10 at 10:00am
Meditation is a process of transforming the mind. It enhances clarity, concentration, relaxation and positive mind states while alleviating stress, anxiety, depression and other medical conditions. This is done by focusing the mind, staying present and being aware of thoughts. We will be sitting in chairs and will be doing some silent/guided meditation sessions along with contemplations. Reiki Informational Workshop
Tuesday, March 20, 1:00pm
Linda Luck of “Lady Luck healing therapies” will be conducting a free informational workshop regarding Shamballa Reiki at COA. During the workshop, she will describe a typical session including what Shamballa Reiki can do for you.  Linda will also talk about energy work in general and if you are interested, you may participate in a short experience of feeling and working with personal energy.

Ms. Luck has a Masters Degree in Education and is a Master Healer Teacher of Shamballa Reiki.  Linda has been practicing and teaching Reiki for over 15 years. She is also a Nationally Certified Hypnotherapist with over 17 years’ experience.  Linda does hypnotherapy for stress reduction, habit cessation and weight control among other uses.  She has also received specialized training in Past Life Regression and has been practicing PLR for over 10 years.

Linda will also be available for 15-minute one-on-one Reiki sessions on
Wednesday, March 21 between 9:30am and 3:00pm. $15/session.
