My name is Bill Converse and I am a World War II veteran. I had the honor of being invited to the Andover Elementary Middle School Veteran’s Day Celebration.

It was very impressive, but I think it was more impressive for the children than it was for me. I want to thank you for the program and for educating the children as they have real impressive minds. I enjoyed the program very much.

It is too bad that every young person in this country did not have the opportunity to share in this experience. Particularly important to me was seeing every child in the school participating in some manner.

Thank you for including and inviting me.

Sincerely,

William Converse
