July 4th Celebration is Upon Us!

Press Release

What makes a community great? To some it might be grand avenues, sky scrapers and bright lights; but Andover has much more to offer. Think about all the ways our community works together to make our town the greatest of all! One example of that is our 4th of July celebration. Simple things are what stand out…like volunteers’ time spent planning and preparing and then the cleaning up after what Andover sees as our big day. Once again, what a busy day it is going to be!

Minute by minute, hour by hour, Andover’s 4th of July celebration unfolds for all those who want to enjoy the day. Browse through the vendor displays and the yummy foods sold by the non profits while observing the flag raising, listening to music and watching the parade. Don’t go away after the parade! Stay awhile and enjoy great local music with your family. There will be games for kids to play and food concessions to enjoy right up until the fireworks at dusk.

Don’t forget the free movie night on Saturday, June 30th!  Come see the newly released version of Peter Rabbit at the Holland Auditorium at Proctor (next to the Stone Chapel) at 6 PM! Refreshments will be sold.

A great 4th of July celebration makes everyone in our community feel good. Take that warm feeling and carry it through the rest of the year in everything you do!
