AE/MS Last Day! The last day of the school year is a busy one at Andover Elementary Middle School. The 2018-19 school year officially closes and plans are already underway for the fall. The morning is filled with games and activities for all grades. It is also a day when many of our high school students return to visit with each other and school staff members while volunteering and picking up community service hours. Parents come in at noon and enjoy a BBQ lunch with students and staff members. We have some of the best chefs around with amazing grilling skills! Following the BBQ there is an assembly where students are recognized for various accomplishments throughout the year. The students were treated to Dole Whips after the assembly (a new favorite!). Students finish the day in their own classrooms with time for packing, closure and reflection as a class. And we now look forward to the new school year!
