The Sunapee Region Board of REALTORS (SRBR) is pleased to announce Joanie McIntire, Associate Broker for Coldwell Banker J Hampe Associates, as the 2019 SRBR REALTOR of the Year. This honor is awarded annually in recognition of those Realtors who have served not only the real estate profession but also their communities.

“Joanie truly exemplifies the Realtor spirit,” said Realtor and SRBR board member, Anne Marie
Appel. “Not only does she go above and beyond in her dedication and service for our local
board, but she is also extremely committed to providing mentorship and guidance to her peers
and Realtors who are new to the profession.”

A Realtor since 2008, McIntire joined the SRBR Board of Directors in 2015 and is currently
serving her second term as board president. She has volunteered her time on several committees including Neighbors Helping Neighbors, Grievance, Finance and By-laws. In addition, McIntire has served on the board of directors for the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS (NHAR) and is part of the 2019 NHAR Leadership Academy.
