COME ONE, COME ALL — If you’re a local old-car buff, whether owner or voyeur, the place to be on Tuesdays between 5 and 7 PM is the parking area in front of Naughty Nellie’s Ice Cream Bar at 46 Main Street in Andover. There, in the weekly “Classic Car and Motorcycle Cruise-In,” as many as 17 vehicles have been on display, including Andover organizer Levi Southworth’s own 1953 Buick (at right in photo).
