Ledyard National Bank is participating for the first time in the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston’s Equity Builder Program.

The program is designed to expand home ownership opportunities for first-time, income eligible homebuyers (New Hampshire residents’ household income of $55,000 or less and Vermont residents’ household income of $50,000 or less) by providing grants up to $15,000 on a first-come-first-serve basis. Equity Builder Program funds may be used for the down payment, customary closing costs or homebuyer counseling costs.
