KNP Is Grateful for Local Support During First Year

AE/MS and the Hub helped with food project

Kearsarge Neighborhood Partners (KNP) has just finished its first year of operation as a community volunteer organization. We would like to thank the good people of the Kearsarge Region for their amazing generosity, and for their willingness to share their time and expertise as volunteers, including many people in the Andover area!

We are also grateful to our Business Partners and Resource-Providing Partners for working with us to help build a community where everyone can flourish.Together, we have been able to address some of the root causes leading people to repeatedly seek emergency assistance, so that they can move away from crisis, towards wholeness and stability in their lives. We were honored to partner with The Andover Community Hub and the Andover Elementary Middle School on a food security project in December, and look forward to working together in the future.

COVID-19 gave us focus, urgency, and energy to launch Kearsarge Neighborhood Partners quickly, so that we could meet growing needs in the area. Over the past 12 months, our 160 plus volunteers have served a total of 96 individuals and families, and have delivered over 4,000 hours of service to neighbors in the region. Please see our website for our Annual Report:  KNPnh.org.

This year will bring some new KNP initiatives, as well as expansion of our existing programs and services. We look forward to new volunteers joining our efforts, and to deepening our relationships with other community organizations. We are confident that there will be wonderful opportunities to serve the Kearsarge Region together. Hand-in-hand, with neighbors helping neighbors, we can make a difference!
