Andover Real Estate Transactions January to February

Three properties sold; four available

Three properties sold in Andover between January 18 and February 15.

Peter Fopiano sold 22 Mill Road to Ann Drueding for $294,900. This three bedroom and one bathroom cape home circa 1790 sits on 3.6 acres with frontage on the Blackwater River and 1,931 square feet of living space. It includes an attached two-car garage as well as the detached “shop” on Cilleyville Road. Ty Morris of Coldwell Banker Lifestyles represented the seller, and Mary Lou Cummings of Coldwell Banker Lifestyles represented the buyer.

Thomas and Amy Smith sold their home at 308 Main Street to Peter Saber and Emma Thompson Saber for $249,000. This four bedroom and one and a half bathroom New Englander home has a detached one car garage, 2,007 square feet of living space and sits on 0.48 acres. Stephanie Wheeler of Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers, and Valerie Provost of Christy Goodhue Real Estate represented the buyers.

Peter and Arthur Kerber sold their 43 acres of land at the Wilmot town line on Route 4 in Andover to Jeremy and Aimee Menard for $80,000. The topography varies from level to sloping on this lot, and it has 1,056 feet of road frontage. Arthur Urie of Lake Farm Realty represented the sellers, and Allison Wheldon of Keller Williams Realty – Metropolitan represented the buyers.

There is currently one home and three lots of vacant land active for sale. Four homes are currently under contract.
