Warner Connects Needs Help Getting Kids Off to School

Making it easy to donate school supplies

Press release

Warner Connects, which serves struggling families in all the towns in the Kearsarge area (including Andover), is coordinating donations of school supplies to ensure that all Kearsarge area kids can start school this fall well-supplied for school success. They’re looking for generous community members to help make it happen.

There are two ways you can help, but you must do so by Wednesday, August 18.

You can purchase school supplies online via Warner Connects’ Amazon Wish List. Amazon will automatically present you with the option to have whatever supplies you select mailed directly to Warner Connects.

Or you can purchase school supplies locally and drop them off at any of the local collection boxes listed above. In Andover, the Andover Community Hub has arranged for a collection box at JJ’s Market & Deli; drop off supplies any time the store is open.

From the Amazon Wish List page: “Warner Connects runs a large community resource center and food pantry that serves 13 New Hampshire towns. We feed an average of 300 families a month out of our offices in Warner and also offer food deliveries for those in need. Our Tax ID for your records is #020270376. We’re so thankful for any back-to-school supplies that our community is able to purchase for our local students. – Lori Garrett, Director, Warner Connects, 456-2053.
