Market is still busy into fall

Daniel Labonte sold six acres on Currier Road to George and Trudy French for $72,000. This parcel was recently subdivided and offers extensive views of Ragged and Kearsarge Mountains. Ty Morris of Coldwell Banker Lifestyles represented both the buyer and the seller.

Tall Venture Properties sold a property located at 328 Main Street to Brice Hobbs for $165,000. This one-bedroom and one-bathroom condo has 806 square feet of living space. John Kinney of Coldwell Banker Lifestyles represented the seller, and Kristen Ally-Maloof of Donn Ally Realty represented the buyer.

Stacey and Eric Viandier sold their home at 1129 Franklin Highway to Mary Joan Hall for $300,000. This three-bedroom and two-bathroom cape, known as Pay it Forward Farm, sits on 3.6 acres, has a detached carport, yurt, and 1,260 square feet of living space. Stacey Viandier of Coldwell Banker Lifestyles represented the sellers, and Judy Potkay of Bean Group Portsmouth represented the buyer.

Carol Ann Meyers sold 31 Elkins Hill Road to Jason Thompson for $340,000. This three-bedroom and two-bathroom ranch sits on two acres and has an attached one-car garage and 1,467 square feet of living space. Ed Kinzer of Coldwell Banker Lifestyles represented the sellers, and Amber Rejdych of BHHS Verani Concord represented the buyer.

John and Valerie Ferris sold their home at 205 Main Street to Abby and Jason Nelson for $550,000. This four-bedroom and two-bathroom cape sits on .23 acres in the Andover village and has an attached garage and 2,035 square feet of living space. No real estate agents were involved in this transaction.
