Meditation & Body Awareness with Cathy Todd

1st, 3rd, 4th Monday 11:00am

Sit up straight. Cross-legged. Soft music. Muscle spasms. Many people think this is what meditation is. I have found it is a way to tune in to a peaceful inner existence and to heal physically and mentally with ease. This class is intended for men and women. I will be responding to the needs of those in attendance. No need to sit cross-legged on the floor! My goal is to help you start a regular practice of 15 minutes a day
