FOH Presents Murder on the Oriental Rug; Two Shows in February

Dessert Mystery Theatre; Benefits FOH

Press release
Franklin Opera House presents a Dessert Mystery Theatre on Friday and Saturday, February 10 and 11.

Move over – or roll over – Agatha Christie! Franklin Opera House presents a rollicking good mystery on Friday and Saturday, February 10 and 11. In a benefit performance, Franklin Footlight Theatre actors are about to unveil a mystery dessert show that spoofs old-fashioned whodunits, the medical profession, “female problems,” and theater folks!

When half the cast of “Murder on the Oriental Rug” bails out, the remaining performers are stuck playing all the roles. Before the evening’s over, someone else will be ruthlessly murdered, and it’s up to the audience to solve the crime.

Tickets can be purchased online at FOHNH.org or by calling 603 934-1901 during office hours. Two performances will be offered: Friday or Saturday, February 10 and 11. Shows start at 7 PM. Doors open at 6:30 PM.

Reserved Table Seating, eight per table, includes beverages and choice of dessert prepared by Zeke’s Sweets. Adults $25; Seniors and Students $22. Purchase eight tickets, get 10% off.
