Anthony Booth takes over for Jane Hubbard, who relocated to another town, as the Town of Andover’s Emergency Management Director.

On April 28, Andover resident Anthony Booth was officially appointed by the Select Board as the Emergency Management Director for the Town of Andover. The position was previously held by Jane Hubbard, who recently relocated to a nearby town.

Mr. Booth is Deputy Fire Marshal at the New Hampshire State Fire Marshal’s Office where he has worked since 2017. Prior to that, he most recently worked for eight years as a Police Detective with the Enfield Police Department. He also has years of experience as an archaeologist.

Mr. Booth brings extensive experience in emergency services to the role of Emergency Management Director. He was sworn into his new position on May 9, by the Town Clerk, officially beginning his new role on that day.

The Board of Selectmen are sincerely thankful to Ms. Hubbard for her years of service and dedication to the Town of Andover as the former EMD. They wish Mr. Booth success in the same role and look forward to working with him for years to come.
