Summer is in progress at East Andover Village Preschool, as children ages three to 12 have been engaging in weekly camp themes. We welcomed summer by bringing the forest to our classroom and having the opportunity to sit around a “campfire” or hang out in a tent with our friends. Next, we headed to the Caribbean to explore the ocean animals that live in the deep blue sea and enjoyed our very own luau.

For the month of July, we will be celebrating America and having a patriotic lunch. Then we will be heading back in time to the Wild, Wild West where we will learn to play horseshoes and making our own piñatas.

Next, everyone will become archeologists as we “Dig for Dinosaurs” and make our own fossils. The month of July will end with our very own EAVP Olympics! Everyone will have a chance to participate in activities for their own medals.

Throughout the summer, we will have daily water play, visit the library for story time, go on weekly field trips, and enjoy special weekly lunches as well.

We are still enrolling for summer camp and for our fall school year. Please contact EAVP at 735-5105 or EAVP@nulltds.net.
