The University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension will be hosting a Tree and Shrub Pruning Demonstration at the New London Town Common on Thursday, April 17, at 5:30 PM. The demonstration will also be held at the Merrimack County Superior Court, 163 North Main Street, Concord on Saturday, April 19, from 10 AM to noon.

The events will include a discussion and demonstration  of pruning techniques for a variety of ornamental trees and shrubs in the landscape, with a focus on crabapple, forsythia, rhododendron, and arborvitae. Learn the when, why, and how of pruning flowering trees, evergreens, shrubs, and more.
