I recently received a negative campaign flyer attacking my opponent. I do not believe negative campaign advertising is appropriate, did not know the content of this ad in advance, and certainly did not sanction this ad. I have told Democratic headquarters that I do not want any more ads like this. I am happy to run on my own priorities and record.
