More Snow, Please

We're ready for the next storm

It's not just Boston that's having to take extraordinary measures to deal with all the snow this winter. The Road Agent's crew brought in heavy equipment and two big orange dumpsters from Dumpster Depot and worked until dawn shuttling dumpsters of snow to Blackwater Park. Photo: Charlie Darling

You know it's a tough winter when you arrive at work to find a bucket loader in your parking space. The Road Agent's crew had used it to clear away all the snow that Dan "Mr. Steam" Labonte and his crew shoveled off the roof at AE/MS, making room for the next storm. Just in time, too: the piles of snow pushed off the roof reached all the way back up to the eaves. Photo: Charlie Darling
