Just in time for Mother’s Day, a Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, April 18, from 10 AM to 2 PM in the Upper Room of the Franklin Public Library. (Elevator access at the back parking lot.) This event will help raise funds for an annual scholarship to be presented to a graduating Franklin High School senior.
This is the second annual fair; last year’s helped raise $500 for last year’s recipient.
The Fair will feature a variety of hand-crafted items: sewn bags, knitted goods, quilted items, bark art, lamps, and potted herbs, to name a few. Each vendor will donate an item to a raffle.
Surprise Mom on Mother’s Day with a unique gift from a local artisan, while you also support the Scholarship Fund. For information call, 934-2543 or 934-4705.
