Non-Binding Consultation:  Single family home to apartment conversion for property in Village District. Property on Ward Lane

Brownell indicated he and his brother would like to convert a section of their home into an apartment or a guest house and would like to know if they have to go through site-plan review. The Board indicated this is a permitted use in the Village District provided there are only interior changes.

Continued Enforcement Discussion

Reconciling of building permits with assessment cards still needs to be completed.
