Adalyn Boucher, an AE/MS first grader, holds an autumn tree she made as part of a project lead by Ms. Van Horn. Ms. Van Horn works with the first graders each week strengthening their fine motor skills. Ms. Martin, our occupational therapist, also works with the first graders on pencil grip, letter formation, position of the body while writing, and sometimes skipping and hopping, too!
