Franklin Savings Bank (FSB) has announced the promotion of Taylor Laro to client experience program manager in the Bank’s retail division.
In her new role, Laro will be responsible for working with the Bank’s business units to evaluate and improve current client experience, as well as ensure the client experience is at the forefront of decisions that are made in the achievement of goals. In addition, she will continue to have oversight of the daily operations and marketing for the Bank’s customer loyalty rewards program, Buzz Points.
“Taylor has proven to be a valued and integral addition to the FSB Team,” said Ron Magoon, Franklin Savings Bank President and COO. “When she joined the bank, we had 40 local preferred merchants in our Buzz Points program. Since then, she has signed up 17 additional local businesses into the program and has assisted them with developing special offers to promote their establishments to our clients.”
Laro joined FSB in August 2015 as retail business services and Buzz Points program coordinator. Prior to joining FSB, she was a residential real estate closing agent with Sessler Law Office in Franklin. She has a BA in political science from Saint Anselm College in Manchester.
A resident of Boscawen, Laro enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling. She also relishes finding and supporting local businesses throughout the Central Lakes Region.
