Dog Licenses
Your dog’s license will expire on Tuesday, April 30. If you have a new dog or have just moved to town, you will need to bring in your pet’s proof of rabies and neutering/spaying. If your dog is currently licensed with us, then you will want to check to be sure that his or her rabies has not expired. There will be a rabies clinic in Franklin on March 30 and another in Andover on Saturday, April 20, from 1 to 2 PM at the Andover Fish and Game Club on Channel Road.
The cost to license your dog is $9 for dogs who have not been altered, $6.50 for dogs that have been altered or $2 if you (not your dog) qualify for a senior discount.
You can renew your dog’s license by mail, in person, or online. The renewal letter we send will give you instructions for renewing online.

Town Clerk’s Office Windows
The next time you come in to our office, you will notice a big change. Our renovations have been completed and really look terrific.
As you walk into the lobby, you will notice how much lighter it looks. With the new glassed-in walls, the light from outside pours right through to the lobby.
We still don’t like having to talk with our friends and neighbors through the glass, but we are trying to make it work. Stop by and see how lovely it looks.
