Georgia-based singer/songwriter and troubadour Adam Klein is the featured performer for the Andover Community Coffeehouse, coming up on Friday, June 18, at 7 PM via Zoom. His music touches on Americana, rustic country folk, folk-rock, and West African Mande music.
Reviews of his new album, Low Flyin’ Planes, mention “a full medicinal dose of rock and roll healing power,” “semi-sunny melancholy,” and why he should be considered one of Georgia’s best folk-rock singer-songwriters. To check out Klein’s music, visit Adam-Klein.com.
Those wishing to attend the Coffeehouse should contact TheAndoverHub@nullgmail.com to request the Zoom link. The evening is free, although audience members will have the opportunity to make a donation to Klein’s electronic account at the time. In addition, there will be a tip jar for Adam following the concert at Naughty Nellie’s in Andover, sponsor of the June Coffeehouse.
The June concert will also include several “Open Mic” performers, participating from their own homes. Local musicians wishing to request a chance to play a song or two can also contact TheAndoverHub@nullgmail.com for more information.
The Coffeehouse operates under the umbrella of the Andover Community Hub. For more information about the Hub or the Coffeehouse, follow the Andover Community Hub and the Andover Community Coffeehouse Facebook pages.
