The Center for the Arts is holding their annual Naturally New England: Regional Art Exhibition at The Livery, 58 Main Street in Sunapee Harbor. The exhibit will open on Saturday, July 17, with a public opening reception from 5 to 7 PM and run through Sunday, July 25, with a closing reception on Saturday, July 24, from 5 to 7:30 PM.
Celebrating the natural beauty of New England’s landscape, wildlife, and buildings, participating artists have generously agreed to donate a percentage of each sale to help support the Center for the Arts, Lake Sunapee Region and the Ausbon Sargent Land Preservation Trust.
Over 54 artists from New Hampshire and Vermont have been selected to display their diverse and creative work in this juried show. There are over 150 unique works of art for sale. The historic Livery building in Sunapee offers a beautiful display gallery and is the perfect setting for this show.
“We are so fortunate to be surrounded by such natural beauty all year ‘round,” said Sharon Parsons, Chair of The Livery. “It is just wonderful to see such talent from New Hampshire and Vermont artists who are so inspired by the natural beauty of New England. We are also thrilled to be able to provide this historic venue for this fundraising event.”
The exhibit is free and open to the public from Saturday, July 17, through Sunday, July 25. Daily hours vary. Visit CenterForTheArtsNH.org/naturally-new-england for exact times and an online gallery.
