Duclos opened the meeting at 6 PM with general introductions, discussion of dates and time for future meetings.  Plan is to have departments present budgets to the Select Board on Wednesdays and come to budget meetings the next day, Thursday. 

At this time, it is expected that the budget committee will meet on October 13, 20, and 27. Further dates to be determined.  The school board will be invited in November to present their proposed budget.
