Andover Lions Club Fourth of July Pancake Breakfast

Volunteers needed to make this tradition happen

Press release

Traditions are important.

One tradition we have missed the last few years has been the Andover Lions Club Pancake Breakfast on the Fourth of July. It’s been a long standing tradition to kick off Independence Day by enjoying pancakes at AE/MS and visiting with family and friends. It’s a great time to catch up with community members whom you don’t see every day. In addition, many visitors from away come to enjoy the breakfast and spend the day in Andover.

We have appreciated the hard work by the Andover Lions to coordinate and provide the breakfast over the years. Last year, the breakfast was immensely missed by town folk and visitors. Our big day in Andover was just not the same without the breakfast kicking things off.

The Andover Lions Club needed volunteers to help with the breakfast last year. Pleas for help and responses were too late and the breakfast had to be canceled. So… let’s not let that happen again. The Andover Lions Club desperately needs the help of volunteers to make the breakfast happen this July. Please consider volunteering the morning of the Fourth of July.

Please contact Andover Lion Ron Evans at 603 581-4734 and see how you can help. We definitely need this wonderful tradition back! Please don’t wait as planning is already underway. There are jobs for everyone and you can volunteer as much time as fits your schedule.
