The Andover Emergency Services Auxiliary will host our seventh annual Andover Townwide Yard Sale in just a few weeks, on Saturday, August 26. Holy Moly! This will make our seventh year of planning this! Time flies when you are having fun!  

Each year the funds raised from any of our fundraisers go back to our emergency responders. It is our job as the Auxiliary to take care of our EMS, firefighters, and police officers during any emergency that looks as if it is going to run for an extended amount of time. The emergency responders may not be from just our town, but many towns who have responded as mutual aid to help us. In past emergencies, perhaps middle of the night, first thing in the morning, or afternoon even, we make sure they are fed and hydrated, to ensure they can continue to be safe and energized to do their job. 

We would like to be sure that everyone knows where your yard sale is; pay $10 and get your home on the map! Be sure to get us your yard sale form by August 10 for your location to be included on our map. Anytime from August 11 through August 23, you can jump on our “list” as a latecomer. The list, with addresses, will be attached to the maps.  

We will be selling maps for $2, at the Andover Fire Station on Main Street starting at 8 AM. If you don’t have a great location or space for your yard sale items, you can rent space from us at the Main Street Fire Station for $15 for a 12’ x 12’ space, and for an additional $5, you can rent a table. To top our morning off, we will be having a bake sale with homemade goodies!
