ANDOVER – Michelle M. Tilton, 55, passed away at her home on August 2, after a courageous battle with cancer. Michelle was born August 3, 1968, in Newton, MA, to Thomas Bowen and Janet (Baker) Davis. She was a proud resident of Andover. She spent her life taking care of the people she loved no matter how much she sacrificed. She worked hard at a job she loved for Conduent with her second family.
Michelle loved to spend time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She enjoyed going to car shows, motocross, boating,and going for rides. She loved Mount Kearsarge, Lake George, Nashville, and Newfound Lake. Michelle was fun loving, up for any adventure, and always a loyal and generous friend.
She is survived by her husband Michael R Tilton and four children, who were the light of her life and her greatest joy: Craig Moses, Angie Paul of Tilton; Shawna Theis, Joe Theis of Salisbury; Derek Clark and Kelly Clark of Tilton; and Kyle Tilton and Crissa Tilton
of Eolia, MO. She was a loving grandmother Mimi to Logan, Annabella, Salem, Danielle, Madison and Chase, the most precious people in her life.
She is also survived by her brothers Tommy and Levi, and her sister Georgette, and many wonderful nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her father Thomas Bowen, mother Janet Davis, and a brother Billy.
Visiting hours were held on Friday August 16, 2024, from 5 to 7 PM at the Smart Memorial Home, 584 West Main Street, Tilton.
