The Andover Food Pantry, sponsored by the Andover Lions Club and The Andover Beacon, continues to serve many folks in need and is a valuable resource in the community. We, as well as those who depend upon it, appreciate the support. The need never lessens, and it is our goal to continue to meet that need with the help of the community.
We will be meeting on Thursday, February 13, to discuss how we can better serve the community by providing more equitable and consistent distribution of food to those who really need it.

Rose Sale
We will be taking orders for our rose sale in February. The roses will be $15 per dozen and will be delivered around the 21st of March. For more information or to order, see Lion Howard George.
As we age, we welcome new, younger members to our club. April will be our new member drive to bring quality folks into our organization. We know it is difficult for those who work and have families to volunteer, but the Lions do so much good for so many, we need to keep the effort going strong.
We have many diverse projects, so hopefully there will be something of interest to a new member. Also we welcome new ideas on how to work more efficiently.
