Dear AEMS Family,

Finally we were able to have some outside recesses this week! Yeah!

It’s time to get serious about Box Tops again! Although they have been coming in on a consistent basis I thought we could “rev” it up a bit with another contest.  We’ll see how many we can collect between now and the February vacation. There will be two individual winners who will have a choice between Manchester Monarchs tickets or Montshire Museum passes. Winners will be those who bring in the most Box Tops. New collection forms are attached. The contest will run from February3rd until February 20th. Thank You!

Welcome to Karen Merrill-Antle. Mrs. Antle is a school counselor intern from Keene State College. Mrs. Antle will be here working with Mrs. Lane through mid-May. We are fortunate to have her assistance at AEMS.

We set a breakfast record this week – 60+ students had school breakfast on Wednesday morning. Breakfast numbers have been rising but this was a new high. The breakfast menu is attached for February.

Please try and make your child’s afternoon schedule as consistent as possible. We understand that changes need to be made at times and ask that you communicate that to us in writing as early as possible. It can be stressful for children at the end of the day if they aren’t sure where they are going.

Parent Breakfast is next month. Please plan on coming in on February 20th to have breakfast with your child. We begin serving at 7:00. Let is wait on you!
