Laconia Clinic, a clinical department of Lakes Region General Hospital, announces the launch of a new consumer Web site at LaconiaClinic.com for current and prospective patients.
Visitors will find quick and easy access to specialty and service information, health resources, including community education programs, maps and directions for all of the clinic locations, and a physician directory that delivers search options by provider name or specialty.
Launched by five local physicians in 1937, the Laconia Clinic has grown from a regional physician practice to a multi-specialty comprehensive clinic providing internal and family medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, general surgery, neurology, podiatry, urology, dermatology, diabetes, rheumatology, and women’s health services.
Today, the health network stretches to Tilton, Franklin, and Gilford, with the flagship facility in Laconia offering on-site laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and ambulatory surgery center. The adjacent Caring for Women center offers obstetrics and gynecology, digital mammography, ultrasound, and bone density testing — and within the same block is the Laconia Physical Therapy department.
“Committed to excellence, the founders of the Laconia Clinic were truly pioneers of patient-centered care,” states chief executive officer Andy Patterson. “They came together to ensure the healthcare needs of the community came first by focusing on long-term health, not just short-term treatment. We are very proud to build upon their legacy of caring.”
Patterson continues, “In our efforts to grow the services we offer, we recognized the need to update our Web site to better serve our current and future patients. The new site offers expanded information and resources and truly provides a comprehensive look inside the Laconia Clinic.”
To receive the highest quality care, latest treatment options, and most advanced technology, you do not need to look any further than the local healthcare network. To learn more about the Laconia Clinic, visit LaconiaClinic.com or call 524-5151 to make an appointment. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, and also offers weekend and evening hours for pediatric and adult services, including access to pharmacy, lab, and x-ray services.
