GOOOOOAAAAALLL! Soccer is on the brain with the on-going FIFA World Cup tournament. It is a good reminder that it’s not too early to start thinking about and signing up for Andover Recreation Soccer.

Andover Recreation Soccer is part of the Merrimack Valley Soccer League. Andover’s teams are for children entering grades 1 through 6. Signing your children up before Tuesday, July 1, will save you some money. The first child is $30, the second child would be $25, and any other siblings would be $10.

After July 1, the registration fees increase to $35 for the first child, $30 for the second child, and $10 for any additional children. We are always in need of coaches and referees. Anyone interested in these positions is encouraged to give Heidi a call. There will be a referee training held in August.

Youth Soccer Tip for July

Get comfortable with the ball by spending time dribbling in your yard. Use all the different surfaces of your foot, not just your instep. Stay hydrated!
