Lake Sunapee Bank has made changes to our Retail Banking network with the appointment of Area Business Leaders. Area Business Leaders (ABLs) will play a central role in furthering our commitment of providing excellent customer service and first-class banking and financial services for every stage of life.
Angie Lyman, Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Banking, says, “The concept of Area Business Leaders is in direct response to our organization’s growth and our shared commitment to give A+ customer service.”
ABLs have been designated throughout our markets and will be responsible for providing direct, local support for branch managers and supervisors in those regions.
