An Information Discussion for Eastman/Grantham Residents

At Home is a non-profit organization serving area towns.

At Home was founded to enable residents of these towns to live independently

in their homes with confidence and dignity by providing resource and referral services.

At Home will provide seniors in the six towns with a one-stop resource for services and referrals

– a clearing house – to make it as easy as possible for seniors to maintain their independence at home.

We would love to meet with you and have you get to know our two organizations

and how we can better serve the people of Eastman and Grantham.
