WREATH MAKING WITH A BOTANICAL & ECOLOGICAL TWIST
Presented by Amy Papineau, UNH Cooperative Extension Food & Agriculture Field Specialist and Nonie Reynders, UNHCE Master Gardener Intern
The forests and landscapes of New Hampshire abound with plant materials that can be used to create unique and elegant holiday wreathes. Amy Papineau will discuss some of the many plant materials that can be collected for wreath making, with an emphasis on collecting sustainability (cutting bows properly, avoiding invasive species, etc.). Nonie Reynders will then demonstrate wreath making techniques using traditional and non-traditional plant materials.
