Wreath Making with a Botanical and Ecological Twist

December 1 in Boscawen

Press release

The forests and landscapes of New Hampshire abound with plant materials that can be used to create unique and elegant holiday wreathes. Amy Papineau will discuss some of the many plant materials that can be collected for wreath making, with an emphasis on collecting sustainability (cutting bows properly, avoiding invasive species, etc.). Master Gardener Intern, Nonie Reynders, will then demonstrate wreath making techniques using traditional and non-traditional plant materials. To register for this free workshop, contact the Boscawen Agricultural Commission at 753-9188×301 or agriculture03303@nullgmail.com. (Not a hands on workshop)

This will take place December 1, at the Boscawen Municipal Complex, 116 North Main Street, 4th floor, Boscawen (handicapped accessible) at 6:30 PM.
