Hannah the Hedgehog Goes to Kindergarten

Mrs. Witt’s kindergarten class did an author study of Jan Brett in January. Many of Jan Brett’s books feature a hedgehog as a main character. We invited Hannah the Hedgehog from Mrs. Hildebrand’s classroom to come visit. The second graders taught the kindergarten students all about hedgehogs and about Hannah. The kindergartners loved watching her sniff and snort around the rug!
