St. Baldrick Event Shaves Heads, Fights Cancer

Donations fund childhood cancer research

On Saturday, March 28, from 3 to 5 PM in Proctor’s Farrell Field House, Proctor will host its second annual St. Baldrick’s Day event.

Like last year’s event that raised over $30,000 for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, this year’s event is being organized by a group of Proctor students during Proctor’s four-day Project Period. Faculty leaders Chris Young and Alan McIyntre will help the students through logistical challenges, marketing efforts, and problem solving around the event.
