The Kearsarge Maple Festival will take place on Saturday and Sunday, March 28 and 29, in Warner from 10 AM to 4 PM. Celebrate the maple season with us! Feast on a pancake breakfast with real maple syrup at the United Church of Warner from 7:30 to 10 AM; savor the rare treat of “sugar on snow” at the New Hampshire Telephone Museum; watch a live demonstration of how the Indians made maple sugar at the Kearsarge Indian Museum (Saturday only); and visit some of the many area sugar houses for free tours and samples.
Learn about maple syrup, and watch it being made. Fun for the entire family! A list of participating sugar houses and maps will be available at all venues. Tours and demonstrations are free, but there is a charge for food. For more information, call 229-7452.
