Offering gentle yoga in a six-week course. We will first warm up the body with simple stretches and then introduce one posture a week. Learn how each posture can work on many different areas of the body, so that you can understand better just what yoga is trying to tell you.

This free, three-part program provides information regarding the benefits

of whole grains through fun activities and interesting discussions. Participants

will learn how to eat more whole grains for breakfast, lunch and dinner, how

to read food packages to identify a whole grain food and the health benefits

of whole grains. Taste test delicious whole grain foods and share tips and recipes.
