New London, New Hampshire: On February 26, 2015, Michele Harte LNA was announced as the winner of the 2015 “Imagine The Possibilities Award” presented to one member of the Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice staff each year at the agency’s Annual Meeting. Nominated by co-workers, the award is given to a staff member, many of whom are nominated, who has a positive impact throughout the agency because he/she sees the possibilities and is willing to look at situations from all perspectives in order to achieve shared goals. In the words of her colleagues, Michele Harte raises the bar on expectations for caring and customer service. She consistently goes above and beyond by making sure that patient concerns are communicated to the home care and hospice teams. Michele understands that we are far better collectively than alone, and demonstrates that every day in her actions, and is recognized by colleagues as a help to the whole team.

I spent 15 years in the military and have received many Army Achievement Medals and an Army Commendation Medal, but never once was I so moved and touched.
